Taking the first step to physical well-being can be the hardest one.  Join David Drake as he introduces you to the Drake Fitness method of reclaiming your health and vitality.  You will be shown how to gain more flexibility through full-body mobility circuits that can be practiced daily.  Then you will be coached in the ways of StrongFirst Kettlebell training!  Just the basics will give you a boost in energy and awaken your muscles for strength development, injury resistance, and body composition advancement.  Increasing your body's metabolic drive can't be done without resistance training and conditioning at least 2 days per week! 

All levels of fitness will be welcome!  Whether you are a complete newbie, or just rusty and needing a jump-start, this intro class will help you reclaim you strength and fitness!  

All you need to start the class is a light to medium Kettlebell or Dumbbell!  
Women should start with 6kg (13 lb) to 12kg (27 lb) depending on current fitness level.
Men should begin with 8kg (17 lb) to 16kg (35 lb).  

 This class will be held online via Zoom and has an unlimited class size.  Up to 4 spots will be available at the same time at Drake Fitness.  If this is your first time at Drake Fitness, you will be allowed to use the introductory Covid-19 class special both in-house and online!  10 classes for $100!!  After 10 sessions, you can purchase a 10-pack for $200 or get unlimited access with the Gold Pass of $150 per month!
