Taking the first step to physical well-being can be the hardest one.  Join David Drake and Logan Curry as they introduces you to the Drake Fitness method of reclaiming your health and vitality!
  
We will teach you how to gain more flexibility through full-body mobility circuits that can be practiced daily in as little as 10 minutes. Then, we will introduce your to the foundations of hard-style kettlebell training!  

Hard-style technique is deliberate and aims to teach you optimal human movement. Just the basics will give you a boost in energy and awaken your muscles for strength development, injury resistance, and body composition advancement.  

All levels of fitness will be welcome. Whether you are a complete beginner, or just rusty and needing a jump-start, this intro class will help you reclaim you strength and fitness!

Women should start with 6kg (13 lb) to 12kg (27 lb) depending on current fitness level.
Men should begin with 8kg (17 lb) to 16kg (35 lb).  A little effort and consistency will go a long way with hard-style kettlebell training!
