Let's get our bodies ready to Ruck!!  The first 15 minutes of class will be dedicated to mobility of the hips, shoulders, and spine.  You will learn techniques that will serve you well beyond the event.  Don't hit the road without greasing the groove.  Then we will hit the pavement for a 1-2 mile ruck throughout the neighborhood.  

This class is free to all Ruckathon participants.  Please RSVP in advance as the limit will be 15 participants!  Bring your rucksack, comfortable(weather appropriate) clothing, and ruck-worthy footwear.
